Precautions for installation of solar battery

1) After receiving the installation task instructions, the installation personnel (or engineering team) shall prepare relevant data (such as battery installation and record sheet of each manufacturer) and a full set of installation tools (including multimeter), and implement the commencement date and progress of the project.

2) The installer (or engineering team) should bring a small amount of system spare parts (such as screws) to the installation site, obtain a detailed installation schedule, and discuss the details of the project (such as installation mode, load-bearing situation, etc.).

3) Before starting the installation project, the installation personnel (or engineering team) should be organized for training to introduce the precautions in the installation process and the battery use method and maintenance precautions. Safety must be paid attention to in the installation process.

4) The installer (or engineering team) shall carry out the unpacking inspection of the battery and the inventory of accessories. The packing list shall be signed by the supervisor and taken back. The battery installation system diagram, installation and operation instructions and other documents in the accessory box shall be collected and handed over to the technical personnel of the communication company after the installation project is completed.

5) According to the construction drawings, check whether the placement of the battery in the machine room is reasonable, whether the maintenance space is reserved, whether there is a distance of more than 0.5 meters from the heat source and the place where sparks may occur (such as the fuse box), and whether it is placed under the air conditioner. If it does not meet the requirements, first ask the Engineering Department of the communication company for modification, and whether there is a memorandum for the modification.

6) The system diagram of unpacking and taking out the battery should be installed in strict accordance with the system diagram of the battery. It is not allowed to omit the installation of any system parts (including the pasting of the battery unit number). All system parts (spare parts) should be completely consistent with the model and specification specified in the installation diagram.

7) Installation. Since the battery is charged, attention should be paid to prevent short circuit, and all installation tools should be wrapped with insulating tape.

8) Before installing the connecting strip, wipe the dust on the battery pole, shell and steel frame with a clean linen cloth, especially to ensure that the dust on the pole is wiped clean. The individual number shall be pasted firmly.

9) Check whether all screws are tightened one by one after installation. A special person shall be appointed to check and be responsible for ensuring that all screws are tightened.

10) After the installation inspection, measure and record the open circuit voltage of all battery cells and the total voltage of the battery pack, and fill in the installation statistics table (or other similar installation table).

11) If there is no mains supply after installation, disconnect the battery from the switching power supply and microwave equipment. If the connection between the equipment and the battery cannot be disconnected for some reason (in principle, it is not allowed, especially for a long time connection), both sets of batteries should be connected at the same time, and it is not allowed to connect only one set of batteries. At the same time, the starting time of connection and the power consumption current of the equipment should be recorded and recorded. No matter whether such connection has been made or not, the battery pack must be recharged before it is officially opened. The time of recharge is that the single voltage is 2.35v/ piece, and the battery is charged for 12 hours. Otherwise, it will bring great harm to the normal use of the battery in the future.

12) Before connecting the battery and switching power supply, carefully check whether the setting of switching power supply is correct (refer to the parameter table of switching power supply setting) to ensure that the setting is accurate.

13) After installation and commissioning, fill in relevant forms as required, check the appearance of the battery and record it. At the same time, check whether each connecting screw is tightened to ensure that the battery is shockproof, anti-skid and the connection between batteries is reliable. Measure and record the floating charge voltage of each single battery, and ask the technician of the communication company to sign for approval.
