Advantages of colloidal battery

1. High quality and long service life. Colloidal solid electrolyte can form a solid protective layer on the electrode plate to prevent the electrode plate from being corroded, reduce the bending phenomenon and short circuit of the electrode plate when the battery is used under heavy load, and better prevent the softening and falling off of the active material of the electrode plate. It has good physical and chemical protection, and its service life is 1.5 ~ 2 times longer than that of the traditional lead-acid battery national testing standard. Colloidal electrolyte has scientific specific gravity and is not easy to cause plate vulcanization. Under normal use, the number of cycles is more than 550.

2. It is safe to use and conducive to environmental protection. When in use, there is no acid mist gas precipitation, electrolyte overflow, no combustion, no explosion, no corrosion to the vehicle body, and no pollution. Because the electrolyte is solid, the battery can still be used normally even if its shell is accidentally broken during use, and no liquid sulfuric acid flows out.

3. High efficiency and good performance. Colloidal battery has small self discharge, which is conducive to long-term storage; The deep discharge performance is high, which is conducive to improving the utilization rate of active substances and discharge capacity; The recovery ability of deep discharge and over discharge is strong, and the charging acceptance ability exceeds the national standard by more than 50%.

4. It is convenient and fast to use without frequent maintenance. The product surface is clean and free of dirt; One time electrolyte filling, which will never contain acid solution, can save a lot of energy and maintenance costs.

5. Less water loss. The oxygen circulation design is convenient for oxygen diffusion, so that the precipitated oxygen reacts with the negative material again, so there is less gas precipitation and less water loss during the charge and discharge process.

6. Long shelf life. It has good ability to resist plate sulfation and reduce grid corrosion, and has a long storage life.

7. Less self discharge. It can block the diffusion of water generated during cathodic reduction and inhibit the spontaneous reduction reaction of PbO, so there is less self discharge.

8. Good low temperature starting performance. Since sulfuric acid electrolyte exists in colloid, although the internal resistance is slightly large, the internal resistance of colloidal electrolyte changes little at low temperature, so its low-temperature starting performance is good.

9. High charging efficiency. Special charging methods can fully activate active substances and improve battery capacity.

10. The use environment (temperature) is wide, especially suitable for the cold weather in Northeast China. The colloidal battery can be used normally within the temperature range of -40 ~ 65, which effectively solves the problem of difficult startup of traditional lead-acid battery in cold areas and other high-temperature areas in northern China.
